How long does delivery take?

The shipping time from Poland to the UK is usually 3 to 5 working days

It depends on the route, customs clearance and road conditions. In the case of some regions (e.g. Podkarpacie, Podlasie) the time may be slightly longer.

We always inform you about the planned delivery date.

Can I ship furniture or a motorbike?

Yes – we transport everything from boxes to vehicles.

How to prepare?

To prepare for transportation:

Secure things – especially glass, electronic equipment and furniture (foil, cardboard, tape).
Have basic information for customs clearance at hand (e.g. list of contents).
When moving, it is worth labeling the boxes – this makes unloading easier.

Can I pay after delivery?

Payment is made before unloading the goods - thanks to this we have clarity, and the entire process runs smoothly and safely.

What is the difference between door-to-door and the option with an intermediary?

Door-to-door: one driver, no reloading = safe, direct delivery.
Courier option: cheaper, ideal for smaller parcels, includes local pickup.

The choice depends on your needs – we will always advise the best solution.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes – for individuals and companies.

What documents do I need for customs?

Usually a simple content list. We’ll advise if more is needed.

Can I send personal or used items?

Yes – clearly label them (e.g. "Used clothing – 10 kg").
